I'm keeping a public log of what I'm thinking about. Not polished essays. Not thought leadership. Just honest notes on what I'm observing, reading, and trying to figure out. Current threads I'm pulling on:

How LLMs actually behave in production: the gap between what demos promise and what deployment delivers. I have opinions on this from shipping AI-powered documentation tools.
Documentation as a product surface. Most companies treat docs as an afterthought. I think that's a mistake, and I think the companies that figure this out will have a quiet competitive advantage.
Simple systems vs. clever systems; I keep coming back to the idea that the best engineering is about removing complexity, not adding it.
